FogShiftWEATHER adds a new weather event to Minecraft: dense fog.

From time to time, the world can be covered by a thick layer of fog, reducing visibility and creating a mysterious atmosphere during exploration.

Unlike rain or thunderstorms, fog focuses purely on atmosphere and immersion, without changing gameplay balance.
